At HairHub, we work with trusted international suppliers to offer beauty and hair products at affordable prices. Some of our products may be shipped directly from our supplier partners, including suppliers based in China.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or high-demand product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Austria / EU: 7–20 business days
United Kingdom: 7–20 business days
United States / Canada: 10–25 business days
Rest of world: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on customs checks, local courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other issues outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International Shipping

Because some items are shipped from overseas suppliers, your order may pass through customs before delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains more than one item, products may arrive in separate packages. This is because items may come from different supplier locations.

You will not be charged extra shipping if this happens.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

HairHub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help before the order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We will investigate the issue with the supplier or shipping carrier and help find a suitable solution.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For hygiene reasons, hair and beauty products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, worn, or removed from their original packaging, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
